牛人制作的解放J6

老董自称“香河疯模”，和小伙伴儿庞哥都痴迷于车模制作，两人一起制作了很多精美绝伦的车模作品。看完觉得不能让我一个人跪，下面把老董手工打造解放J6的过程贴出来让大家一块儿膜拜一下。http://p1.pstatp.com/large/6810/6434210750http://p1.pstatp.com/large/6809/6482946591http://p2.pstatp.com/large/6810/6434103971http://p2.pstatp.com/large/6811/6127466634●木板锯子锉刀 边角料搭起驾驶室老董之前做过一个多利卡，驾驶室用纸糊的，有点粗糙。这次做J6下定决心也要把驾驶室做好，用木板材料制作。http://p3.pstatp.com/large/6815/2466260468http://p2.pstatp.com/large/6814/4479724373J6牵引车的图纸，按图纸等比制作。http://p2.pstatp.com/large/6811/6127511005制作驾驶室的工具，虽然有点简陋，但老董心灵手巧，用菜刀也能雕花。http://p3.pstatp.com/large/6813/4605531210刚刚锯出雏形的驾驶室前脸。http://p2.pstatp.com/large/6814/4479754180保险缸，要用木板做出板金的效果太不容易了，拿凿子剔，切割锯磨，小的地方还得用挫。http://p2.pstatp.com/large/6809/6482993068左右侧围，雏形样子。http://p2.pstatp.com/large/6809/6483027585掏出窗户，大致能看出样子了。http://p3.pstatp.com/large/6809/6483069476驾驶室后围。http://p2.pstatp.com/large/6811/6127562119大体框架搭起来了，有点意思了http://p2.pstatp.com/large/6810/6434174447驾驶室顶盖，http://p2.pstatp.com/large/6815/2466310220涂装环节，先用从家具厂弄来的清漆涂一遍。http://p7.pstatp.com/large/6810/6434277916然后再用红色自喷漆喷一遍。http://p3.pstatp.com/large/6813/4605571084用粉碎机铭牌的铝片做大灯，灯泡从孩子玩具车上拆。。。http://p1.pstatp.com/large/6812/5042678867进气栅格，取材自粉碎机上的筛片。http://p1.pstatp.com/large/6812/5041379485后视镜，也是取材于做粉碎机的边角料。http://p2.pstatp.com/large/6808/6488554522电路板LED灯做顶灯。http://p3.pstatp.com/large/6812/5041421659电池盒装驾驶室里面，然后用胶带固定好。http://p2.pstatp.com/large/6811/6127608149贴上字母拉花，基本成型了，从这个角度看过去，像吧！●电焊车床显身手 铁皮铁管造底盘底盘部分就从容多了，因为老董家里捣鼓了各种各样的机床，想加工什么样的零件都不是难事儿。http://p2.pstatp.com/large/6810/6434315637用角磨机把方管从中间剖开，做大梁和竖梁。http://p3.pstatp.com/large/6808/6488590471铆好的底盘大梁，是这么个意思吧。http://p1.pstatp.com/large/6809/6483108655两公分厚的铁板上切下一条，做前桥，太霸道了。http://p2.pstatp.com/large/6811/6127651438打磨好，安上正合适。http://p2.pstatp.com/large/6813/4605607882钢片做的悬架系统。http://p3.pstatp.com/large/6809/6483180328转向横拉杆，每个零件都是自己车的。http://p1.pstatp.com/large/6811/6127697828后桥悬架，5片簧。http://p1.pstatp.com/large/6809/6483227562安轮胎的地方打孔下上定位销，销子太小，得用气焊把销子烤热在安装。
